What is Auto-renewal by credit card?
Auto-renewal by credit card allows TELUS Prepaid to charge your registered credit card directly every 30 days to renew your rate plan or add-on.
If you maintain a 30-day rate plan or add-on while on auto-renewal on a credit card, we will use the balance on your account, prior to charging your credit card. If there is no balance on the account, we will charge the credit card directly.
Example
: If you have a $15 rate plan and a $5 balance on your account, we will charge $5 to your balance and the remaining $10 + applicable taxes will be charged to your credit card.
We'll send an SMS notification letting you know if your feature renewal was successful.

What is Auto-Renewal by Balance?
Auto-renewal by balance allows TELUS Prepaid to charge the balance directly every 30 days to renew your rate plan or add-on.
If you do not have sufficient balance to renew your rate plan and you have not registered your credit card, your rate plan will not renew and you will lose service.
We'll send an SMS notification letting you know if your feature renewal was successful.
