Steps on how to set up your TELUS Online Security account:

Set aside a few minutes to go through the account creation. We recommend using a browser and a secure internet connection. It's a good idea to have your wallet handy in case you need to reference certain pieces of identification.

To help protect your personal devices and information, or credit and identity*, Norton will ask you some questions. These questions are directly related to information the service will help protect and/or will be used to verify your identity.

*If your plan includes credit reports, scores, and/or credit monitoring features ("Credit Features"), two requirements must be met to receive said features: (i) your identity must be successfully verified with TransUnion; and (ii) TransUnion and/or Equifax must be able to locate your credit file that contains sufficient credit history information. If these requirements are not met you will not receive credit features from the bureaus. You will receive Credit Features once the verification process is successfully completed. Any credit monitoring will take several days to begin after your successful plan enrollment.
