Enter the email address you provided when ordering TELUS HomePro™ plan.
You will be prompted to enter a one-time passcode that was provided to you by email.
Enter the passcode and proceed to create a strong password (optional).
Finally, you will be asked to verify your phone number used to order your TELUS HomePro plan and the one-time passcode sent to it (only required for the first time login).
Once you are logged in the portal, you can initiate a chat with a live agent for support, see your plan benefits and manage your profile on the portal.
