Steps to help you turn on and off fingerprint, Touch ID and Face ID on the TELUS Health MyCare app

  1. Go to the
    Home
    tab

  2. Select the
    profile icon
    on the top-right corner

  3. Select
    Security settings

  4. Use the toggle to switch your biometric on or off

Note
: Alternatively, you can log out and log in again to reset both your PIN and biometric.
