Steps to add your camera

If you are re-adding a camera to your TELUS SmartHome Security system and it is not showing up automatically, you can add the device to your system using the MAC address located on the device.

To add a device using the MAC address, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to the
    web portal

  2. Click
    Video

  3. Click
    Settings

  4. Click
    Add Camera
    or
    Add Video Device

  5. Enter the MAC address and click
    Find

TELUS SmartHome will find your camera as long as it is already connected to the Internet.
