When making a claim, you will need to pay a service fee. To determine your replacement or screen repair service fee, visit phoneclaim.com/TELUS.  These costs are in addition to your monthly payments.

Damaged screen repair fee: $39

Device Care Complete is tied to your SIM card and will protect any eligible TELUS phone that is connected to the TELUS network with your SIM. To be eligible for coverage, your phone must be connected to the TELUS network in Canada at the time of damage or loss.

Device Care Complete customers can cancel the feature at anytime. To cancel, you can have a sales representative cancel it in-store, you can call TELUS Customer Care or you can log into your MyTELUS account and select Manage Add-Ons in the Plans & Devices section. Please note that online cancellation is not available to New Brunswick customers.

From the day you purchase your new TELUS device, you have 60 days to enroll. To do so, simply visit one of our store locations and speak to a TELUS team member, dial *611 from your TELUS device or log into your My TELUS account. Device Care Complete can be added via the device section if your device is eligible.
