How do I activate my TELUS Rewards account?

What services are qualifying for TELUS Rewards?
To be qualified for TELUS Rewards, you must have at least one of the following TELUS services:
  • Postpaid TELUS Mobility Account
  • Internet (High Speed, PureFibre, Smart Hub)
  • Optik TV
  • SmartHome Security (SmartEnergy)
Multiple plans of the same qualifying TELUS service, including but not limited to multiple mobility plans, will be treated as a single qualifying TELUS service for the purposes of program eligibility and tier status qualification.

When you activate TELUS Rewards, you can access exclusive discounts from popular brands anytime, no points required. This gives you immediate access to savings on a wide selection of products and services.

What do I get as a loyal TELUS Rewards member on my anniversary?
As a TELUS Rewards member, you’ll be celebrated during your anniversary month! Your anniversary month is based on your TELUS Rewards activation date. You’ll be invited to spin the wheel to win contest entries for a chance to win exclusive prizes. Look out for an email from us during your anniversary month, or check the TELUS Rewards portal to discover your chance to participate and win.
Can I have multiple TELUS Rewards accounts?
Your TELUS Rewards account is linked to your My TELUS profile, and each profile can have only one TELUS Rewards account, regardless of how many service accounts are connected. Your tier and benefits will be aggregated from all accounts linked to your My TELUS profile.
Can I transfer my TELUS Rewards points to another account
No, TELUS Rewards points are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the account holder.
What happens if I move up or down a tier in the TELUS Rewards program?
Your account changes will reflect in your TELUS Rewards account within 24 hours. You can also check your tier status and tier benefits in the TELUS Rewards portal or access it easily through your My Rewards Wallet.
What happens to my TELUS Rewards account if I cancel my TELUS services?
If you cancel your TELUS services, your TELUS Rewards account will be automatically deactivated on the same day your TELUS service ends, and you will no longer be able to access it. However, you have a 90-day grace period to re-activate your account by subscribing to a qualifying TELUS service. If reactivated within this period, your previously earned points will be restored. Otherwise, you will no longer be eligible for the TELUS Reward program and your points will expire in 90 after service cancellation.
