Turning on two-factor authentication

Turn on two-factor authentication to make your account more secure. In order to access your account, you will need to provide two forms of identification (usually a password and a pin number sent to a separate trusted device).

  1. Step 1/7

    From the Home screen, tap Settings.

    The indicator is in the center.
  2. Step 2/7

    Select your profile.

    The indicator is towards the left.
  3. Step 3/7

    Tap Password & Security.

    The indicator is towards the right.
  4. Step 4/7

    Tap Turn on Two-Factor Authentication.

    Note: If necessary, set up a passcode for iPhone.

    The indicator is in the center.
  5. Step 5/7

    Tap Continue.

    The indicator is towards the bottom.
  6. Step 6/7

    Tap Continue again.

    Note: After this step, follow any onscreen prompts to verify your identity to complete two-factor authentication setup.

    You've completed the steps!
