In case of issues with media box performance or if a warning message appears notifying you that your connection may not be optimal, please try the following:
- Select the Home button on your remote to open the Google home screen.
- Scroll down to Settings
- Select OK
- Under Device preferences, select Wi-Fi signal strength
If you see either of the following two screens, move your Pik media box closer to your Internet gateway or connect with an Ethernet cable.
- Move your media box closer to your Internet gateway and press Refresh
- If your Wi-Fi connection signals are still not strong enough connect using an Ethernet cable
- Add an additional internet access point (e.g. Boost Wi-Fi).
On Apple TV you can ensure that you are connected to the internet by opening Settings on the Apple menu and then reviewing your connection. For the best connection an Ethernet cable is preferred.
To ensure that you are connected to the internet on your Android TV device, navigate to the Android TV home screen by pressing Home on your remote control.
Navigate to Settings then Network & Internet. From here, you can connect to Wi-Fi, browse available networks and review other options. For the best connection an ethernet cable is preferred.

If all the above steps do not resolve your issue, consider connecting your Pik TV Media box or Apple TV by Ethernet cable.
