Information & commonly asked questions about the TELUS Home Phone migration

TELUS Home Phone voice services are transitioning in some areas to the revolutionary TELUS LTE mobility network. This means that in those areas, we will be shutting down TELUS residential services on existing legacy copper network infrastructure. By migrating residents off legacy copper infrastructure and onto the TELUS LTE mobility network, we can offer customers an enhanced level of service and support.

: This transition applies only to TELUS voice-only wired customers in select areas and does not pertain to all voice customers connected to other services. For more information, please contact a TELUS representative.
