As the service health checker runs, you will see tiles load as it runs various checks for you. This can take 2 to 5 minutes.

If the tool detects no issues, you will see green tiles for each check.

If there is an outage detected, a red tile will let you know and show you how to get updates or sign up for notifications.

If a different red or yellow tile is presented, the tool may help you contact us or ask you to perform a few simple steps to repair your connection.

Once any needed steps are completed, you can close the tool and use it again if you ever have issues in the future to quickly check and resolve them.

Also, if the issue is unable to be resolved remotely, you can set up a callback request for us to contact you.
