2023 TELUS Rewards Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max Contest
Contest to win one of five Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max 256 GB and an opportunity to win a $1,000 TELUS charity donation.
No purchase necessary. To enter:
- Entrants must be existing TELUS Home Services customers and who have accumulated TELUS Rewards points; and
- Entrants must submit a Rewards catalogue order using their TELUS Rewards points at www.telus.com/rewards between September 22, 2023 and January 4, 2024.
Entrants will receive one entry per order. In the event of a dispute, the person who is the primary account subscriber - home solutions’ account owner will be deemed to be the entrant. TELUS does not accept entries by any other means. This contest is intended for TELUS Home Services customers only and will be interpreted according to Canadian law.
Contest runs September 22, 2023 to January 4, 2024.
There will be five (5) prizes awarded in total and an opportunity to win one (1) of two (2) charity donations. There will be two draw dates. Two (2) prizes awarded on December 12, 2023 and three prizes awarded on January 8, 2024. Prizes will be awarded as follows:
December 12, 2023 Draw Date - Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max
. One (1) of two (2) Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max 256 GB (6.7” Display Size, A17 Pro Chip, 5G Capable, Black Titanium), approximate retail value $1,799/each)
January 8th Draw Date - Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max
. One (1) of three (3) Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max 256 GB (6.7” Display Size, A17 Pro Chip, 5G Capable, Black Titanium), approximate retail value $1,799/each)
January 8th - Charity Donation
. One (1) of two (2) $1,000 TELUS charity donations.
Winner will select a charity of their choice to receive a $1,000 donation. The selected charity must be a TELUS approved registered Canadian charity. Tax receipt not provided.
If prize is a mobile device or tablet, Prize does not include activation and all activations are subject to a credit check and the TELUS Service Terms. Prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged with TELUS for cash. If winner is unable to accept the Prize for any reason, Prize will be forfeited and no substitute prize will be provided. No telephone contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the winning entrant. TELUS reserves the right to substitute the prize which is, in their sole opinion, a prize of equivalent value and/or to terminate or withdraw this contest at any time. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
To be eligible to enter and to win a prize, entrants must be existing Home Services customers who have accumulated TELUS Reward dollars and who have submitted an entry during the contest period and who are still an active TELUS Home Services customer at the time of awarding the prize. This contest is open to all residents of British Columbia and Alberta who have reached the age of majority according to the laws of the Province where they reside, and are participating in TELUS Rewards Program. This contest does not exclude employees of TELUS Corporation its affiliated companies or subsidiaries (collectively “TELUS”), its advertising and promotional agencies and members of their respective immediate households and any person domiciled with any of the above.
A random draw for the prizes will take place by a TELUS representative on the following dates.
- December 12, 2023 - Two (2) Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max 256 GB
- January 8, 2024 - Three (3) Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max 256 GB
- January 8, 2024 - Two (2) $1,000 TELUS charity donations
The selected entrants will be notified by email within four business days of the draw by a TELUS fulfillment partner. If the selected entrants cannot be reached within five (5) business days, or if the selected entrants do not meet all of the contest rules, another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. To win the prize, the selected entrants must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by email. The winning entrants of the prize must sign a standard Release form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and releasing TELUS and its directors, officers, partnership interest holders, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the contest including liability arising from the acceptance of and usage of the prizes as awarded. Failure to comply with the Contest Rules or to sign and return the Release form within 5 days of receipt will result in disqualification and another entry will be drawn.
All entries become the property of TELUS. TELUS assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by TELUS on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from this contest. TELUS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of TELUS and its advertising and promotional agencies, corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest or for any other reason. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Entries submitted by unauthorized means or by spamming will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that an entry has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these rules and/or an entrant has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by these rules, the entrant and all of his/her entries will be disqualified. Entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and the decisions of the contest judges, which are final. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
By entering and participating in the contest, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their personal information to TELUS through one of TELUS’ fulfillment partners. By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for publicity purposes in all media used by TELUS, without payment or compensation. Entrants agree to TELUS’ use of the entrants’ personal information that may include contacting you regarding limited time offers, promotional offers and/or surveys. Entrants that are customers of TELUS at the time of entry and/or at the time of prize award must have their TELUS accounts in good standing (with a current account balance that is no more than 30 days past due) in order to be eligible to win the prize.
