Current Step: 1 - From within the Settings app, scroll to and tap Accessibility.
  1. 1 - From within the Settings app, scroll to and tap Accessibility.
  2. 2 - Scroll to and tap Guided Access.
  3. 3 - Tap or slide the Guided Access switch to ON.
    • Note: The following steps show how to use Guided Access.
  4. 4 - To enable Guided Access, triple-click the Top button.
    • Note: If your iPad has a home button, triple-press the Home button instead.
  5. 5 - Select Options.
  6. 6 - Tap or slide the switch for your preferred options that will be available or unavailable when Guided Access is enabled.
  7. 7 - Tap outside of the Options popup to close it.
  8. 8 - Drag your finger around any on screen option you want to be disabled while Guided Access is enabled.
    • Note: You can further adjust the disabled area by dragging the borders of the highlighted area.
  9. 9 - Tap Start to enable Guided Access.
  10. 10 - Enter your new Guided Access Passcode.
    • Note: This passcode is different than your Lock screen passcode.
  11. 11 - Verify your passcode.
  12. 12 - To disable Guided Access, triple-click the Top button.
    • Note: If your iPad has a home button, triple-press the Home button instead.
  13. 13 - Enter your Guided Access Passcode.
  14. 14 - Tap End.
  15. 15 - You've completed the steps!
