Will I be able to keep my existing recordings?

We aim to transfer your eligible recordings from the past 90 days and your scheduled recordings to your new TELUS TV Device. However, some recordings may not transfer seamlessly.

What features does cloud recording have?

Cloud recording gives you unlimited storage for up to 90 days so you can record as many programs as you like. You can also watch those recorded shows on your preferred device, wherever you go.

Do I have to upgrade?

This upgrade is necessary in order to continue accessing your TV services.

How do I return my previous set top box?
