What are “Theme Packs”?

Theme Packs are mainly groups of related channels or streaming services, like sports, news, or lifestyle, bundled together. You can select the ones that match your interests, such as adding sports channels if you're a fan or lifestyle channels for cooking shows. Adding theme packs is convenient and often cheaper than buying all the individual channels. Some theme packs are streaming options (like Amazon Prime and Hayu).

What are “Premiums”?

Premiums include top streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, or Crave, as well as exclusive or international channel packs. You can choose one Premium as part of your package, and even add more for an additional charge. Popular Premium choices include Netflix, Crave, Sportsnet World, Apple TV, Disney+, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and a variety of premium foreign language packages.

Can I swap channels and Theme Packs?

Yes, you can swap out your Premium and/or theme pack options every 30 days. Log into your My TELUS account to easily manage your choices.

The TELUS TV Digital Box is the property of TELUS and is provided as a monthly rental for a regular price of $10/mo. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account. Equipment may not be as shown. Third party devices may not be compatible. TELUS may provide alternative models based on availability or other factors. Regular price (currently $10/mo.) applies thereafter. Discounts, promotions, benefits and credits are earned for each full month of service and do not apply to partial billing periods.
The 30 day Wi-Fi Plus Dead-Spot Free Guarantee provides eligible customers access to a technician visit within 30 days from the date of installation if any area within the service address experiences a Wi-Fi signal strength below -75 dBm in the 5GHz band (“Dead Spot”). Guarantee subject to change without notice. Customers must contact our support center within the 30-day period to report any Dead Spots. Our support team will perform remote diagnostics to verify the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, a technician will be dispatched to the customer's home at no additional cost, provided that the customer permits the TELUS representative to access the home. This guarantee is non-transferable and applies solely to the Wi-Fi Plus service and within the home where the service was originally installed. Changes to the home network configuration or physical environment, including, but not limited to, renovations or additions of new devices, after installation may impact Wi-Fi performance and are not covered by this guarantee. The guarantee does not cover issues caused by external interference, customer equipment or internet service provider outages.
