A common troubleshooting step is resetting all of your apps to their factory defaults if you are having trouble with your device; your personal information will not be deleted.

A common troubleshooting step is resetting all of your apps to their factory defaults if you are having trouble with your device; your personal information will not be deleted.

Current Step: 1 - From the Home screen, drag down the Notification panel.
If you're having device performance issues, resetting your app preferences may help.
  1. 1 - From the Home screen, drag down the Notification panel.
  2. 2 - Drag down the Quick settings panel.
  3. 3 - Tap the Settings icon.
  4. 4 - Scroll to System.
  5. 5 - Tap System.
  6. 6 - Tap Advanced.
  7. 7 - Tap Reset options.
    • Note: Resetting your app preferences will reset all customized settings on your phone. Personal information will not be deleted.
  8. 8 - Tap Reset app preferences.
  9. 9 - Tap RESET APPS.
  10. 10 - You've completed the steps!
