  1. 1 - Tap the Information icon.
  2. 2 - Select your preferred language option.
  3. 3 - Select your region.
  4. 4 - Tap Start Pairing.
  5. 5 - Tap Start Pairing on iPhone.
  6. 6 - Tap Set Up for a Family Member.
    • Note: For Family Setup, you can set up an Apple ID for your family member inside of iPhone's Family Sharing settings.
  7. 7 - Tap Continue.
    • Note: In this tutorial we are pairing Apple Watch manually. You can also automatically pair by placing Apple Watch in front of your camera and centering it within the viewfinder.
  8. 8 - Tap Continue again.
  9. 9 - Tap Continue again.
  10. 10 - Tap Pair Apple Watch Manually.
  11. 11 - Select your Watch.
  12. 12 - Enter the code displayed on your Watch.
  13. 13 - Tap Set Up Apple Watch.
  14. 14 - Select the wrist on which you will wear your Watch.
  15. 15 - Tap Agree.
  16. 16 - Tap Continue.
  17. 17 - Tap Create a Passcode and follow the prompts.
    • Note: Setting up Apple Watch for a family member requires an iPhone passcode.
  18. 18 - Choose the family member that will be using this Apple Watch.
  19. 19 - Tap Use Existing Apple ID.
    • Note: You can set up an Apple ID for your family member by tapping Create New Apple ID.
  20. 20 - Have your family member sign into their Apple ID.
  21. 21 - Enter your family members name and date of birth.
  22. 22 - Have your family member enter their Apple ID password.
  23. 23 - Tap Set up later.
  24. 24 - Tap Skip.
    • Note: You can share the password for your devices connected wifi by tapping Share.
  25. 25 - Select your location preferences.
  26. 26 - Select your Siri preferences.
  27. 27 - Tap Don't Share.
  28. 28 - Choose your Messages in iCloud preferences.
  29. 29 - Tap Set up Later.
  30. 30 - Tap Continue.
  31. 31 - Tap Add Emergency Contact.
  32. 32 - Select a contact to add as an Emergency Contact.
  33. 33 - Select the relationship of that Emergency Contact.
  34. 34 - Tap Continue.
  35. 35 - Tap Set Up Medical ID.
  36. 36 - Enter your family members information and tap Done.
  37. 37 - Tap Don't Share.
  38. 38 - Tap Set up activity.
  39. 39 - Enter your family members information.
  40. 40 - Tap Continue.
  41. 41 - Select your move goal and tap Set move goal.
  42. 42 - Select your exercise goal and tap Set Exercise goal.
  43. 43 - Select your stand goal and tap Set Stand Goal.
  44. 44 - Select your workout route tracking preference.
  45. 45 - Tap Set up Later.
  46. 46 - Tap Set up contacts.
  47. 47 - Enter your contact information and tap Done.
  48. 48 - Choose what contacts to give your family member and tap Done.
  49. 49 - Tap Continue.
  50. 50 - Enter a passcode.
  51. 51 - Tap Continue.
  52. 52 - Tap Turn on Schooltime.
  53. 53 - Select your preferences and tap Done.
  54. 54 - Tap Ok.
  55. 55 - You've completed the steps!
