If you’re having problems with your device, turn your phone off and on again (known as a soft reset).
  1. 1 - From the Home screen, press and hold the Power button.
  2. 2 - Tap Restart.
  3. 3 - Tap Touch to restart.
  4. 4 - You've completed the steps!
