P20Turn on Wi-Fi Calling

When Wi-Fi calling is on, your device can make and receive calls via Wi-Fi networks. Your device will choose to make calls via Wi-Fi or over a cellular network based on which signal is stronger at the time.

Current Step: 1 - From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.

Wi-Fi calling allows you to make and receive calls over a Wi-Fi network if cellular service isn't available. HD Voice must be activated to utilize this feature.

    From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.

    Tap the Menu icon.

  3. 3 -

    Tap Settings.

  4. 4 -

    Tap Wi-Fi Calling.

  5. 5 -

    Tap or slide the Wi-Fi Calling switch to On.
