If you are having trouble sending and receiving email, your account settings including your mail servers may need to be verified.

Current Step: 1 - From the Settings app, scroll to and tap Passwords & accounts.

  2. 2 - Select the email account you wish to verify settings for.
  3. 3 - Tap Account settings.
  4. 4 - Select the address from the list.
  5. 5 - From the 'Server settings' section, tap Incoming settings or Outgoing settings to edit username or SMTP server.
  6. 6 - Tap DONE once your information is verified.
  7. 7 - You've completed the steps!
