Current Step: 1 - From the Settings app, tap Connections.
  1. 1 - From the Settings app, tap Connections.
  2. 2 - Tap Mobile networks.
  3. 3 - Tap Network operators.
  4. 4 - Tap or side Select automatically switch to OFF.
    • Note: If your device only shows one carrier, it’s likely your device is locked to that carrier. However, if you have multiple available networks, then your device is likely unlocked.
  5. 5 - You've completed the steps!
