Current Step: 1 - From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
Wi-Fi calling allows you to make and receive calls over a Wi-Fi network if cellular service isn't available. HD Voice must be activated to utilize this feature.
  1. 1 - From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
  2. 2 - Tap the Menu icon.
  3. 3 - Tap Settings.
  4. 4 - Tap Wi-Fi Calling.
  5. 5 - Tap or slide the Wi-Fi Calling switch to On.
  6. 6 - Tap Emergency address.
  7. 7 - Enter your phone number into the text field.
  8. 8 - Tap Continue.
    • Note: You will receive a text message with the Access code you will need to continue from this point.
  9. 9 - Enter the Access code into the text field.
  10. 10 - Tap Continue.
    • Note: The next few steps will show your emergency address in case of an emergency. Make sure that the correct addess is filled out here before continuing.
  11. 11 - Scroll to Submit.
  12. 12 - Tap Submit.
  13. 13 - Verify your emergency 911 address and then tap Continue.
  14. 14 - Tap Finish.
  15. 15 - You've completed the steps!
