Clearing your app’s cache removes temporary data that is stored on the app and is often used as a troubleshooting step. On the other hand, clearing your app’s storage or data, will permanently reset your app and will cause the app to act like it did when it was initially downloaded.

Clearing your app’s cache removes temporary data that is stored on the app and is often used as a troubleshooting step. On the other hand, clearing your app’s storage or data, will permanently reset your app and will cause the app to act like it did when it was initially downloaded.

  3. 3 - Select an app.
  4. 4 - Scroll to Storage.
  5. 5 - Tap Storage.
  6. 6 - Tap Clear data.
    • Remarque : Clearing the app's storage or data will reset an app to its default state. If you only want to clear the temporary data stored on your device, then tap Clear cache instead.
  7. 7 - Tap Delete.
    • Remarque : Clearing the app's storage will also clear the cache.
  8. 8 - You've completed the steps!
