Using Voice Assistant
Samsung Galaxy Note9 on Android 10.0.0
Turning on the Voice Assistant will let you navigate your device via voice. The device will read out the contents of the screen and listen for your commands.

From the Home screen, swipe up to view your apps.

Tap Settings

Scroll to Accessibility.

Tap Accessibility.

Tap Screen reader.

Tap Settings.

Select your preferences.
Note: From this screen, you can adjust Voice Assistant settings including sound volume, spoken passwords, and more.

Tap the Back icon.

Tap or slide the Voice Assistant switch to ON.

Tap Allow.

Quickly tap the screen twice to activate the selected item.
Note: If prompted, turn off Edge panels.

Tap Voice assistant
Note: Voice Assistant will provide information on items selected.
