You can search for restaurants or other businesses that are near you and then filter them based on criteria such as rating or price.

  1. Note: You can narrow local results by restaurants, cafés, bars and other attractions.

    From the Google Maps main screen, tap the Search here field.

    The indicator is towards the top.
  3. Step 2/10

    Enter a search term.

    The indicator is towards the bottom.
  4. Step 3/10

    Tap the Search key.

    The indicator is in the bottom right.

    Swipe to More filters.

    The indicator is in the top right.

    Tap More filters.

    The indicator is in the top right.

    Select your preferences.

    Note: From here, you can filter your search results to only show the locations you're interested in.

    Note: For this tutorial, we're filtering the search results by price. You can choose any filter, but steps may vary based on choice.

    Select a search result.

    Tap DIRECTIONS to get directions to your destination.
