**Good to know:** To find the name and password for your Wi-Fi network, look for the sticker below under the top cover of the white TELUS modem. If the top cover on the white TELUS modem is not already open, press down on the top cover to reveal the default Wi-Fi name and password.

To find your Wi-Fi network name and password, locate your modem and find the details as below:

**Pro Tip**: _If you have previously changed the Wi-Fi name or password and no longer remember it, you will have to[ **reset your modem**](/support/interstitial/reset-your-wi-fi-modem)._
