To modify your camera’s network settings, follow these instructions here:
1. Log in to the [__TELUS SmartHome web portal__](https://www.telus.com/en/smarthome-security/login)
2. Select __Video__

3. Select __Settings__
4. In the "Video Device" dropdown menu, select the camera you would like to modify your Wireless Network settings for

5. To enter the new settings:<div>
<br>    i. Select __Copy__ to copy the network information from another connected camera. This is recommended if there are other cameras on the account already connected to the new Wi-Fi network.
<br>    ii. Select __Scan__ to scan for, enter the Wi-Fi password, and connect the camera to a new Wi-Fi network
<br>    iii. Select __Manual__ to manually enter the network’s SSID, Wi-Fi password, and encryption type<br>
6. To apply the same wireless settings to all other cameras on the account:
<br>    i. Select __Advanced__
<br>    ii. Enable __Apply these settings to all wireless cameras on this account__

__Note__: This setting only applies to other Indoor or Outdoor Cameras on the account that are currently connected to an active internet connection in order for this setting to be applied. Doorbell Cameras must be reconfigured separately.

7. Select __Continue__ to apply the new wireless networking settings

If you get a new router or you changed your Wi-Fi credentials (i.e. your network name or password) on the existing network, you will need to reconfigure your camera’s settings.

__AP Mode__<br>
To reconnect your Outdoor Camera to the internet using the Access Point (AP) Mode, follow these steps here:
<div>
1. Hold down the __Reset__ button on the underside of the camera and release when the LED begins to flash white (about 5 to 7 seconds)
2. Join the ADC-V723 (XX:XX:XX) Wi-Fi network from your mobile phone or on your computer
3. While connected to the ADC-V723 Wi-Fi network, open http://V723install in a browser and follow the on-screen steps
<br>    i. Select __Scan__ to view a list of Wi-Fi networks

<br>    ii. Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the Wi-Fi password. Select __Submit__

<br>    iii. There will be a message indicating the camera is connecting to the Wi-Fi network

<br>    iv. Select __OK__ and close your browser tab
4. Once your camera’s LED is solid green, after a couple of minutes try to access Live Video on your mobile app or through the web portal to make sure your camera is successfully reconnected to the internet

__Note__: If your camera’s LED does not turn solid green, reboot the camera and try these steps again. 

__WPS Mode__<br>
If your router supports Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS), a wireless network security standard that tries to make connections between a router and wireless devices (cameras) faster and easier, you can also reconnect your Outdoor Camera to the internet using the WPS Mode by following these steps here.

__Note__: If your router is located far away from your camera, we recommend you recruit a second helper to complete these steps with you.

1. Find the WPS button on your router

2. Find the WPS button located on your Outdoor Camera and hold it for 2-3 seconds until the LED light on the front of the camera begins to flash blue

3. Next, press the WPS button on your router for 1-6 seconds until the light flashes on your router
4. Allow a couple minutes for the router and camera to connect to each other. The Outdoor Camera’s LED light will flash and then turn solid green if successful

6. Select the Wi-Fi network you would like your camera to connect to

7. Type in your Wi-Fi password as the security key. Select __Save__

8. Select __Ok__ when a pop-up window appears asking you to refer to the installation instructions. Your camera will continue to connect to your Wi-Fi network and will be solid green when complete

1. Hold the main button on your Doorbell and release it when the LED alternates green and red
2. Log in to the TELUS SmartHome app
3. Select __Doorbell__ from the home screen
4. Select the __Settings gear icon__
5. Select __Add Camera__
6. Choose your camera type and select __Next__
7. Type a name for your camera and select __Next__
8. Select __Skybell__ from the list. Then it will scan for your Wi-Fi network.
    - __Note__: For iOS users, go into __Settings__ on your iPhone and select __Wi-Fi__. Connect to the network __SkyBellHD_XXXXXX__ and then return to the SmartHome app.
9. If there is a notification that says “Internet may not be available”, allow the camera to connect to the Alarm network. Select __Connect__
10. Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the Wi-Fi password. Select __Next__
11. The LED will double-flash orange, then alternate between blue and green for 30 seconds and finally arrive at a solid green. If the LED gets stuck on the double-flash orange mode, then it is likely the Wi-Fi password was entered incorrectly
12. Configuring your doorbell should take a few minutes to complete
13. Make sure to __Enable push notifications__ and select if you want your doorbell to trigger when the button is pushed and/or when motion is detected
14. Your video feed should show up under "Doorbell Camera" on your TELUS SmartHome app

Before reconnecting your doorbell camera to the internet, you will need to remove the device from the app.

__Important:__ After deleting the device, all saved video clips associated with this device will be deleted. 1. Log in to the TELUS SmartHome app
2. Select __Doorbell__ from the home screen
3. Select the __Settings gear icon__ and choose the doorbell camera you’d like to remove
4. Select __Delete This Device__
5. Select __Delete__ to confirm

Now that the existing doorbell is removed, it can be reconnected.
