1. Power down the camera
2. Detach any camera cables that have been secured
3. Use a screwdriver to loosen the small screw at the base of the camera
4. Slide the camera off the mounting plate
5. Remove the mounting plate from the wall by unscrewing the two screws
6. From the TELUS SmartHome app:
   a. Select __Manage Devices__ from the main menu
   b. Select the three dots next to the camera name
   c. Select __Remove Device__ to remove the old device from your list
   d. Select __Delete__
7. Follow the instructions to set up your new [Outdoor Camera (V723 Model)](https://www.telus.com/en/support/article/install-outdoor-camera-v723-model "Installing your Outdoor Camera (V723 model)")

Indoor Camera

1. 3. Unscrew the two terminal screws on the mounting bracket and remove the doorbell wires.
4. Unscrew and remove the mounting bracket from the wall.

   a. Select __Manage Devices__ from the main menu.
   b. Select the three dots next to the camera name.
   c. Select __Remove Device__ to remove the old device from your list. 
   d. Select __Delete__.
