How to use My Account to set up Web access for voicemail

You can access your voicemail messages and manage your settings on the Web.

To set-up your Web Access:

  1. If you have not yet set-up your mailbox, you must dial *98 and complete the tutorial which includes creating your mailbox passcode.
  2. Access your web inbox here.
  3. Enter your User ID (your 10 digit phone number.)
  4. For first time login
    • Enter the passcode you created for your mailbox.
    • Enter your permanent web passcode (you can continue to use your existing mailbox passcode or create a unique one for your web access)
    • Complete the security questions
  5. You will automatically be routed to your Web inbox.
