How to view and download your agreements in My TELUS
Learn how to find your customer service and accessory financing agreements in My TELUS.
If you are an account owner or manager, you can view and download agreements for your TELUS services, including customer service and accessory financing agreements (if applicable).
How to find your agreements in My TELUS on your computer
On the
My Profile
tab, select the
View your agreement(s)
link for the account of your choice
Navigate to the bottom of the page and select the
View your agreement(s)
link
Select the
Plan & Devices
tab
Navigate to the
Accessories
tab
Select the
View financing agreement(s)
link under
Manage agreement(s)
How to find your agreements in the My TELUS App
Tap the
Menu icon
on your
Overview
screen
Select the
View your agreement(s)
link
Navigate to the bottom of the screen and select the
View your agreement(s)
link
Select the
Plans & Devices
tab
Select the
Financed accessories
button
On the
Your accessories
screen, select the
View financing agreement(s)
link
How to switch between different accounts
On the
Your agreements
page, select a Mobility or Home Solutions account number from the
Account
drop down
Note
: Only customers who have multiple accounts linked to their profile will see the drop down appear.
How to find agreements for a particular subscriber
Search for a particular subscriber by entering their phone number
Note
: Search is only available for customers with a Mobility account.
How to view and download a particular agreement
On the
Your agreements
page, choose the
Customer service agreements
tab or the
Accessory financing agreements
tab (if eligible)
Your agreements will be listed in chronological order, starting with the most recent
Scroll until you find the agreement that you want to download (keep in mind that it might be on the next page)
Select
English
to download your agreement in English or
Français
to download your agreement in French
Your agreement will open as a PDF on a new page
What if I don’t see the Accessory financing agreements tab?
Only customers who are eligible for accessory financing will see the
Accessory financing agreements
tab.
If you are using a Home Solutions account or a Mobility account that isn’t eligible, the tab will not appear.
Who is eligible to view and download agreements?
Only account owner and account manager profiles have access to view and download customer service and accessory financing agreements in My TELUS.
If you are an account member, please contact your account owner or manager to get your agreements.
