TELUS Webmail lets you manage your email from any computer, tablet, or smartphone with Internet access. Use TELUS Webmail by logging in with your username and password.

Find your default email account

As a TELUS High Speed Internet customer, you have one default email created by us. If you would like to create a new email account, contact us and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. To find your default account, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in your TELUS account
  2. Select Internet from the left hand side menu
  3. Select Email
  4. To activate your email, contact us to get your initial password
  5. Once you get your initial password, you can access your email by visiting

Forgot your email password

If you forgot your email password, please visit our Password reset support page for detailed steps. You may also contact us and one of our agents can help you reset your password.
