Create a TELUS account if you don't already have one using your account number in the welcome email.

to prepare for self-installation
Ensure you have access to the required and optional tools (shown in the image above)
Check for plumbing, electrical, gas lines, or asbestos inside the wall as you may need to drill a hole through an exterior wall close to the mounting location to connect the Outdoor Unit to the Wi-Fi hub inside your home. Alternatively, you can use an existing opening (i.e. corner opening of door, garage, window, or existing hole)
