TELUS Mobility Refer a Friend Program FAQ

In order to be eligible to participate in the program as a referrer, you must be an existing TELUS Mobility customer and your postpaid consumer account must be in good standing.

TELUS team members, contractors, sales representatives acting on TELUS's behalf and associates at retail locations who sell TELUS products are excluded from this Program.

Corporate and business accounts are not eligible.

Kindly note that final eligibility assessment is at TELUS’ sole discretion.

You can refer a friend or family member who is not currently a TELUS Mobility customer. Referrals are not eligible if you are on the same account as the person you want to refer, and are not eligible for existing TELUS Mobility customers.

The referrer and referee must each subscribe to an in-market unlimited data plan or Voice plan with TELUS Mobility.

If you meet the program eligibility requirements, you can access your referral dashboard through the offers page on your My TELUS web account. Through your referral dashboard, you will be able to share your personal referral link to your friends and family members.

If the individual being referred is interested, they can fill out the information form on the referral landing page, which can be located through the personal referral link you have shared with them. The referee must activate a new TELUS mobility consumer postpaid account within 30 days to use this offer. Once the new account is activated, the referee must return to

telus.com/refer

to enter in their new phone number to receive the reward.

The referrer will receive a $50 bill credit (including applicable taxes) for each eligible TELUS Mobility rate plan activated by the referee. These rewards will be applied to your bill, with a maximum of $300 per year or 6 confirmed referrals per year.

The referee will receive a $50 one time bill credit (including applicable taxes) for a successful activation of an in-market unlimited data plan or Voice plan with TELUS Mobility.

Existing customers can refer an unlimited number of people but are only eligible to receive credits for 6 successful referrals per calendar year or $300 in bill credit rewards per year.

If you cancel your Mobility account before your bill credit can be applied, the reward will be null and void.

Credit provided is discretionary and includes applicable taxes (based on the taxes levied in the province of supply). Therefore, the value displayed on your bill is the value before tax. For more information and examples that apply, please visit
