TELUS Mobility rate plans and eligibility

These are the types of rate plans used by the majority of TELUS postpaid Mobility customers on personal accounts.

To confirm what plan you have, you can log in to your TELUS Mobility account in My TELUS:

If using the mobile app:

Go to the Plans & Devices section.

If using My TELUS online with a computer or mobile device:

Select the Mobility Plans & Devices tab. If there are more than one device subscribers on the account, you will be prompted to select the subscriber you want to view.

Get access to unlimited nationwide calling, texting (including picture and video messaging) and data so you can surf, stream and share as much as you want without worrying about data overage charges.

Unlimited plans now offer you the ability to share data across users on your account and with connected devices.

Notes:

• Unlimited plans are eligible for the TELUS Family Discount
• The data in Unlimited plans can be shared with eligible users on your account
• For $10 per month per device, you can share your data with connected devices
• Unlimited plans offer more options for included features depending on the plan you choose, such as 5G or 5G+ speeds, Unlimited International Messaging, Unlimited data, talk and texts across Canada and the US and Visual Voicemail 25
• These plans are currently available for new subscriber activations and device upgrades with Easy Payment

TELUS offers a standalone Peace of Mind plan option as well as a suite of Peace of Mind Connect plans, which allows you to connect additional devices like tablets, smartwatches and TELUS Drive+ to your endless data plan.

Our Simple Share plans make choosing a plan easy. With unlimited nationwide talk and text on all of our plans, just pick your data and you’re done.

Each device user on a Simple Share plan has shareable data included that is automatically shared with all the users on the account who have a shareable data plan. This includes any user with a Simple Share, Your Choice or Shareplus plan.

Notes:

• Simple Share plans are eligible for the TELUS Family Discount
• If you do not wish to share all of your data, you can set data limits for each user using Data Manager in the My TELUS Mobile app or online

• If you travel outside Canada, you can use your Simple Share plan in the US and over 150 international destinations with Easy Roam
• These plans are currently available for new subscriber activations and device upgrades with Easy Payment

Whether in Canada or the US:
Get unlimited talk and text to US and Canadian phone numbers. Use the data included in your rate plan, or access the shareable data on your account if you’re sharing data.

Notes:

• This plan option is available for Peace of Mind, Peace of Mind Connect and Simple Share plans
• Only the user(s) on the account with the Canada-US plan gets the benefits of this plan
• You are required to stay on this rate plan for the duration of your term. Otherwise, a $100 fee will apply

Shareable data plans let you choose a talk and text option for each smartphone device user and one shareable data amount for the entire account. So if you have a plan for yourself, you can have other smartphones and connected device plans share that data.

• Your Choice and Shareplus plans are not eligible for the TELUS Family Discount
• If you travel outside Canada, you can use this plan in the US and over 150 international destinations with Easy Roam
• These plans have been discontinued and are no longer available for new subscriber activations and device upgrades

Get unlimited local or unlimited nationwide talk and unlimited nationwide text with our voice plans. Ideal for customers who don’t use data.

These plans are currently available for new subscriber activations and device upgrades on select devices.

Voice plans are not eligible for the TELUS Family Discount.

These plans have been offered in the past during seasonal promotional periods. They offer non-shareable data with talk and text for a single device user.

These plans are not eligible for the TELUS Family Discount.
