Through your referral dashboard, you will be able to share your personal referral link to your friends and family members.
If the individual being referred is interested, they can fill out the callback form on the referral landing page, which can be located through the personal referral link you have shared with them. A TELUS representative will contact them to complete their Home Service product referral.
What is the referral reward?
The referrer will receive 50 TELUS Rewards points for each eligible TELUS service activated by the referee. The TELUS Rewards points will be applied to the customer’s TELUS Rewards account once the referral criteria has been met. Customers can obtain a maximum of 200 TELUS Rewards points per year for activated Home Solutions products.
The referee will receive a minimum of $50 one-time bill credit per successful activation of a Home Services product.
How many referrals can I make?
There is no limit to the number of referrals that a referrer can submit. In the program, there is a maximum of 200 TELUS Rewards points per year for activated Home Solutions products.

What happens to my referral if I cancel my plan before I receive my reward?
If you cancel your Home Services plans before your bill credit can be applied, the reward will be null and void.
How is the credit applied?
