All customers who have had TELUS services for a minimum of 1 month (30 days), and reside at the service address can request vacation suspension.
You are able to suspend the following services:
Internet, as long as you do not have a TELUS SmartHome Security plan that relies on the Internet connection
You will not be able to suspend the following services:

: Your account must be in good standing with no overdue amount owing to be eligible for vacation suspension.
