Unplug the power cable from the outlet
If the camera is mounted, unscrew the base from the mounting bracket and then unscrew the mounting bracket from the wall
From the TELUS SmartHome app: a. Select
Manage Devices
from the main menu b. Select the three dots next to the camera name c. Select
Remove Device
to remove the old device from your list d. Select
Delete
Follow the instructions on how to
install your new Indoor Camera (V522)
How to return your defective Indoor camera (V522 model)
Prepare the following in a box:
Take the sealed box to Canada Post to return to TELUS at no charge
Please request a copy of the receipt from the Canada Post agent. Retain your copy of the receipt for reference and package tracking
