Streaming service changes and rate updates

At TELUS, we endeavour every day to bring you the content you love and offer you value. Starting April 9th, 2025, the regular monthly rates for the following subscription services will be increasing as follows:

This increase is notably due to an increase in the cost of some streaming services included in these bundles.

By subscribing to a Stream+ or EnContinu+, Franco+ bundle, you can continue to save up to 15% compared to the retail price of subscribing to the streaming services individually.

The above changes will take effect on your first billing date on or after April 9th, 2025. Price adjustments will apply to all accounts, including those with promotional discounts:

If you are a Quebec subscriber, you can refuse this price increase by cancelling your subscription up to 30 days after it takes effect for you, without cost or penalty.
