Who is TELUS Health MyPet for?
TELUS Health MyPet aims to serve Canadian cat and dog owners currently without a family veterinarian or when your family veterinarian is not available and those who require healthcare for their cats and dogs outside of regular business hours.
What services do you offer?
We offer healthcare consultations with a licensed veterinarian and well-being consultations with a registered veterinary technician for assistance with behavioural and health maintenance concerns such as housetraining, grooming, nutrition and post-surgical care.
Healthcare consultations are available in British Columbia and Ontario. Well-being consultations are available across Canada, excluding Quebec. As regulations vary by province, please know we are working hard to expand our services nationally.
What type of device and connection do I need to use the TELUS Health MyPet app?
TELUS Health MyPet app is supported only on Apple devices running on iOS 14 or higher and Android devices running on Android 10 or higher.
: Windows phones are not supported at this time.
You will need to be connected to the internet. Where possible we recommend using Wi-Fi. Data charges may apply for service outside Wi-Fi coverage.
