Learn how to send test alerts to make sure your SmartWear Security device is working properly.
Below are some simple steps to send test alerts to make sure that your SmartWear Security accessory has sufficient battery life and is connected successfully with your mobile app and smartphone.
Send test alert instructions
Open the invisaWear mobile app
Open the
Menu
by selecting the three lines in the top-left
Select
Place Test Alert
Double press the back of the charm on your invisaWear device

, your emergency contacts will receive a test alert
If you are in
Mode 2
, you will receive an SMS confirmation that the monitoring team received your test alert

, you will receive a phone call from a monitoring agent to confirm your test alert was received
