How to pair a new phone with your SmartWear Security accessory

Go to your old phone’s settings

Select for the invisaWear device

Uninstall the invisaWear app from your old phone

Download the invisaWear mobile app on your new phone

Log in using your original phone number

Open the by selecting the three bars on the top-left corner

Select

Confirm if your device is still listed. If not, select and follow the instructions to re-pair

Open the again by selecting the three bars on the top-left

Select and follow the instructions to confirm the device is working as expected

Download the invisaWear mobile app on your new phone

Log in using your original phone number

Open the by selecting the three bars on the top-left corner

Press and hold the back of the invisaWear charm for 15 seconds. If you accidentally let go before 15 seconds, please wait 30 seconds before re-trying

Open the again by selecting the three bars on the top-left

Select and follow the instructions to confirm the device is working as expected

Open the in the invisaWear app by selecting the three bars on the top-left corner

Scroll down to your phone number and select

Enter your new phone number

Select

Enter the verification code that is sent to you by SMS text message
