How to pair a new phone with your SmartWear Security accessory
Follow these simple steps to pair your SmartWear Security accessory with a new phone.
Still have an old phone? How to unpair the accessory device from your old phone
Go to your old phone’s
Bluetooth
settings
Select
Remove/Forget
for the invisaWear device
Uninstall the invisaWear app from your old phone
Download the invisaWear mobile app on your new phone
Log in using your original phone number
Open the
Menu
by selecting the three bars on the top-left corner
Select
Connect Device
Confirm if your device is still listed. If not, select
Add Device
and follow the instructions to re-pair
Open the
Menu
again by selecting the three bars on the top-left
Select
Place Test Alert
and follow the instructions to confirm the device is working as expected
No longer have an old phone? How to reset your accessory device and pair it with your new phone
Download the invisaWear mobile app on your new phone
Log in using your original phone number
Open the
Menu
by selecting the three bars on the top-left corner
Select
Connect Device
Press and hold the back of the invisaWear charm for 15 seconds. If you accidentally let go before 15 seconds, please wait 30 seconds before re-trying
Open the
Menu
again by selecting the three bars on the top-left
Select
Place Test Alert
and follow the instructions to confirm the device is working as expected
Instructions to update your phone number in the mobile app
Open the
Menu
in the invisaWear app by selecting the three bars on the top-left corner
Select
Settings
>
Personal Information
Scroll down to your phone number and select
Change Phone Number
Enter your new phone number
Select
Send Verification Code
Enter the verification code that is sent to you by SMS text message
