After you successfully complete SmartEnergy events, you’ll be rewarded in the currency of TELUS Coins. The equivalent of one TELUS Reward is 1,000 TELUS Coins.

TELUS Coins will be automatically converted into TELUS Rewards within 24 to 48 hours after earning them, which will automatically be transferred to your TELUS Rewards account.

You can earn TELUS Coins in the SmartHome+ app by participating in energy-savings events. You’ll receive notifications for these events in your SmartHome+ app. If you successfully complete an event, you will earn TELUS Coins that will be automatically converted into TELUS Rewards. These rewards will appear in your TELUS Rewards account.
