Set up TELUS email on your Android smartphone or tablet

Access your email account on your Android device

  1. Open the Email app

  2. If this is your first email account on your device, setup will begin automatically. If you already have an email account, select
    Settings, Add Account (+)

  3. Enter your email address and password and then select
    Manual setup

  4. For the Account type, select

  5. For the
    Incoming server settings
    , enter the following information Your email address Your email password
    : If you’ve forgotten your email password, visit
    password reset

  6. Select

  7. For the
    Outgoing server
    settings, enter the following information: SMTP server: Security type:
    : Some countries may be blocked from using this port when travelling internationally. You can use [
    TELUS webmail**](
    ) to send emails in those countries.
    Require sign-in:
    Username: your email address Password: your email password

  8. Configure your account options on the next screen

  9. Select

  10. On the Set up email step, enter a name for this email account and a display name

  11. Select

Get a email

As a TELUS High Speed Internet customer, you receive one default
email generated by us. You can also create your own free personalized email account. Learn more about
