To check for service disruptions in a particular area, start typing the address in the search bar
Select the address you want to check the status for from the results
How to set up outage update notifications

Subscribe
for the active outage you want updates on
Select your notification option (email or SMS)
Enter your email address/mobile number to receive notifications

Subscribe to outage
How to report an outage

Report an outage
Enter your name and phone number
Enter the approximate location where the outage is occurring
Select all the types of impact that apply
Describe the issue (optional)
Accept the terms and conditions by selecting the check box
