Restarting your modem is the most common solution for Internet connectivity issues

To restart your Wi-Fi Hub
:

  1. Disconnect the power cord from the back of your Wi-Fi hub

  2. Wait 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cord to the back of your modem

  3. Wait 5 minutes, then check your modem. The LED on the front should turn solid green

Important
: If the light does not turn green, check the fibre cable on the back and ensure it is fully plugged in.

If problems persist:
Try restarting your computer/device and reconnecting to the Wi-Fi network. Launch your web browser and test your internet connection.

: Restarting or resetting your modem may only provide a temporary fix to your problem. If the issue reoccurs,

in order for us to find and fix the root cause of your problem.
