How to report a TELUS payment online or by phone

What you need to know

Your TELUS PIN if reporting your payment by phone.

If you've made a payment on your TELUS bill near or after your payment due date, you can report it online or by phone.

Report a payment online

  1. Complete our online Report a payment form
  2. To verify whether your payment has been processed, log in to your account and view your current balance. Register if you don't have an account

Report a payment by phone

Note: You'll need your TELUS PIN number when using this method.

  1. Call 310-2255
  2. Press 1 to select Payment Options and Report a Payment
