Learn how to make one-time or automatic top-ups to your prepaid account.
Payment methods
To make one-time top-ups or set up automatic top-ups, you can register the following methods of payment:
Online and over the phone
This ensures your balance never reaches zero and that your services remain active at all times.

- to your My TELUS accountLog in
- Select theAccount activitytab
- SelectRegister my credit card
- Enter the required credit card details
- SelectContinue
- Wait for confirmation that your credit card registration was successful
Register your credit card on the My TELUS app with your prepaid smartphone
- to theLog inMy TELUS app
- SelectRegisterpayment cardfrom the menu
- Enter your credit card details. SelectContinue
- Confirm details and submit
Register your credit card on the My TELUS app with your prepaid phone
- Call#123
- Enter your 4-6 digit Security PIN (Personal Identification Number)
- Press5to register a credit card. Follow the prompts to provide your credit card details
- Wait for confirmation that your credit card was successfully registered

Make a one-time payment online
- to your My TELUS accountLog in
- From theOverviewtab, clickTop-up your account
- SelectCredit cardfrom the menu
- Choose your top-up amount
- Enter the required credit card information
- SelectContinue
The top-up amount is added to your TELUS Prepaid account balance.
Set up automatic top-ups online
- to your My TELUS accountLog in
- If you have multiple accounts, selectManage Prepaidfor the account you’d like to update
- SelectAutomatic top-ups
- SelectSet up automatic top-ups
- Choose your top-up preference
- Choose your top-up amount
- Enter the required credit card information
- SelectContinue. Wait for confirmation that the registration was successful and for details on your next top-up date and amount
Set up automatic top-ups over the phone
- Call#123
- Enter your 4-6 digit Security PIN (Personal Identification Number)
- Press2and follow the prompts to set up automatic top-ups

Top-up instantly at a store location:
- Visit aparticipating store
- Ask the cashier for a TELUS instant top-up
- Tell the cashier your desired top-up amount. You can add between $10 and $100
- Provide the cashier with your TELUS prepaid phone number and wait for confirmation that your top-up was successful
Pay with a prepaid voucher
Prepaid vouchers are available in .

Use a prepaid voucher PIN online
- to your My TELUS accountLog in
- From theOverviewtab, selectTop-up your account
- SelectTop-up PIN. Enter the 12 digit PIN in the space provided
- SelectContinueand wait for confirmation that your top-up was successful

- to the My TELUS appLog in

- SelectTop-up account
- Enter the 12 digit PIN
- SelectTop-up now
- Confirm details and submit
