General tips for getting your remote working again
Sometimes the simple solutions are the most effective. If you prefer not to use our guide above, here are 3 quick fixes you can try to get your remote working again.
Potential fix #1: Clear the way
Your remote control may be unresponsive because its signal is weak or cannot reach your TV and digital box. Please make sure to clear any objects in front of the TV and digital box, and that you’re pointing your remote straight at the TV & digital box.
Potential fix #2: Check the batteries
Your remote control may be unresponsive because of low battery power. Try replacing the batteries in your remote control to see if they're out of power.
