  1. Sign up for TELUS Optik TV on a 2 year term and have your services installed by March 31, 2017
  2. An email from noreply@telus.com containing the offer will be sent to the email address you provided
  3. Click on the redemption link contained in the email to be directed to the offer web page
  4. Enter the email address that the offer was sent to
  5. Create or log into your Netflix account to start enjoying Netflix Premium FREE for 6 months

How long do I have to redeem the offer?

Customers must complete the redemption process by June 30, 2017.

What information is shared with Netflix?

TELUS does not share any customer information with Netflix.

How can I see if the credit has been applied to my Netflix account?

When you log into Netflix and view My Account under the Membership and Billing section you will see an account credit.

Do I need to use the email where the offer was sent to set up/login to my Netflix account?

The email on your Netflix account does not need to match the email where the offer was sent.

What happens at the end of the 6 month promo period?

Your subscription reverts to the standard Netflix Premium monthly rate.

As an existing Netflix customer, am I eligible for this offer?

Can I cancel Netflix after the 6 months?

No, your subscription will not be changed when the credit is added to your Netflix account.
