How to modify the resolution and quality of your Doorbell Camera

Learn how to adjust the video resolution and image quality of your Doorbell Camera to improve device performance under various conditions.

  1. Log in
     to your TELUS SmartHome app.

  2. Scroll down and select
    Doorbell
    .

  3. Select
    Settings
    in the top right-hand corner.

  4. Select your desired doorbell camera if you have more than one doorbell.

  5. Select
    Video
    .
    The TELUS SmartHome app

  6. Select the resolution for
    Live Video
    and
    Clip Resolution
    .
    Select resolution for Live video and Clip resolution.

  7. Select
    Save
    .
